About Becca

My first set was a disaster.

So I went home, bought an old CDJ and a mixer, and taught myself one mix at a time.

Years later I've played major festivals and headline sets around the world, from Glastonbury to Kingston, Jamaica. I've supported major artists on tour and I had a regular slot on Apple Music 1.

The real game changer? Taking proper lessons myself.

Learning the right technique changed my confidence, my sets and my bookings, and I'd love to share that with you. Whether you've never touched a pair of decks or you're ready to step up, I'll get you mixing with confidence, your way.

What we'll cover

Built around you.

01

The basics

Your way round the CDJs and mixer, cueing, and keeping it tidy.

02

Beatmatching

Matching by ear, not just the sync button, so you never panic.

03

Transitions

EQ, phrasing and blends that keep a room moving.

04

Your sound

Digging for music, prepping USBs in rekordbox, and putting a set together.

The kit: brand new AlphaTheta CDJs (USB), the same setup you'll find in clubs. Bring a USB stick with your music on it, or use mine.
